About our Events
Family Literacy Parties
Family Literacy Parties consist of local entertainment; story telling, dance, music, puppetry, magic, and movement, often paired with crafts for the littles, and free books at the end provided by us. They are usually an hour long with the express purpose of encouraging family literacy through play and creativity.
Trivia Challenge
Our premier annual event! Join us for our trivia night! A fun-filled evening where you can flex your knowledge of niche facts.
Book Club
We hold a book club! We choose and read a book over the course of 2-3 months, then get together and talk about it. We share thoughts and feelings, experiences and challenges reading the content.
It is a great opportunity for learners to practice and then come together and share. It is also a great opportunity for community building in this way!
